Kali Gilbert
Director of Investments | Private Credit
This quarter, we are pleased to highlight Kali Gilbert, Director of Investments, Private Credit at Sower.
In her role, Kali supports the acquisition and oversight of investments across the Sower platform and leads legal operations in several states. She plays an important role in underwriting opportunities, evaluating potential investments, and supporting the execution and management of assets as they transition into real estate holdings.
Kali brings more than 12 years of experience in the real estate and legal industries, where she has worked through multiple company mergers and strategic growth initiatives. Her expertise in underwriting, investment evaluation, and title curative work has helped maximize value across numerous transactions within the Sower platform. She also leads the firm’s tax deed partnership initiatives, helping expand the pipeline of potential real estate opportunities.
Kali holds a Master of Science in Human Behavior from Capella University and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration at Creighton University.
Outside of her professional work, Kali enjoys outdoor water sports, practicing yoga, and spending time with her family.
