Janna is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience across multiple industries. In her role as Chief of Staff, she supports leadership, enhances organizational alignment, and ensures operational excellence across the firm. With a strong background in human resources, recruitment, and client-facing roles, Janna brings a well-rounded perspective to Sower’s operations.
Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles, including Senior Executive Recruiter and Senior Account Executive, where she led talent acquisition initiatives, strengthened client relationships, and supported business development efforts in the Omaha metropolitan area and beyond.
Janna’s strengths in account management and relationship building enable her to foster collaboration across teams while driving efficiency and accountability. She is known for her adaptability, leadership, and consistent drive for excellence, qualities that are essential as Sower continues to grow and scale its platform.
Janna earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Nebraska Wesleyan University. Her experience and leadership continue to play an important role in supporting Sower’s long-term vision and operational success.
