Active Investments/Funds:

Longview I Fund (FFA): A closed-end fund focused on acquiring and maximizing income-producing commercial retail real estate assets throughout the Midwest and Plains region of the U.S. The Fund has an investment mandate to exit assets and recycle capital tax efficiently to maximize overall Net Asset Value over the Fund life while maintaining a distribution yield.

This Fund is led by Sower Capital Management, LLC (“SCM”), a fiduciary investment and management company. SCM is charged with the execution of acquisition and management strategies focused on driving long-term value appreciation and preservation of short-term cash flow returns.

SCM 10x Fund: A closed-end fund focused on the development of commercial real estate assets throughout the Midwest and Plains region of the U.S. The Fund has an investment mandate to exit assets after the realization of development value and recycle capital tax efficiently to maximize overall Net Asset Value. All cash flow is recycled into additional development pursuits until the fund reaches a 10-year inflection point.

This fund is led by Sower Capital Management, LLC (“SCM”), a fiduciary investment and management company. SCM is charged with the execution of acquisition, development, and management strategies focused on driving long-term maximum net asset value through efficient management of the portfolio.

48 Dodge Opportunity Fund: A closed-end investment fund focused on the development of 329 residential units in the heart of Midtown Omaha, NE. This project is an infill development located on the doorsteps of the University of Nebraska Medical Center Campus. The investment structure is benefited by Tax Increment Financing as well as Opportunity Zone tax efficiency.

The Fund is led by a General Partner group including Sower Investment Partners, Access Commercial, and Burlington Capital, which brings diverse experience to ensure execution of the vision and realization of long-term stabilized cashflow for investors.

Longview II Fund: An open-end fund focused on acquiring and maximizing income-producing commercial retail real estate assets throughout secondary and tertiary markets throughout the U.S. The Fund has an investment mandate to acquire assets that have intrinsic value due to location, proximity to markets, and demand from national retail tenants. The Funds’ goal is to maximize overall Net Asset Value while maintaining a strong distribution yield for investors.
