Second Quarter 2026 Managing Partner Update

Investing For The Long Term

By Jared Hollinger, Sower Investment Partners | June 2026

Successful investing rarely comes from reacting to short-term headlines. More often, it comes from maintaining a clear investment philosophy, remaining disciplined through changing market conditions, and staying focused on opportunities that can create value over time. At Sower, that long-term perspective continues to guide every investment decision we make.

While economic conditions continue to evolve, we remain encouraged by the opportunities available to patient investors. Across commercial real estate, farmland, and venture capital, periods of uncertainty often create an environment where disciplined underwriting, thoughtful partnerships, and selective capital deployment become even more valuable. Rather than pursuing activity for its own sake, we remain committed to investing where we believe the long-term fundamentals support durable outcomes.

One of the strengths of the Sower platform is our ability to evaluate opportunities across multiple investment strategies. Each asset class presents its own opportunities and challenges, allowing us to remain flexible while maintaining a consistent investment philosophy. Whether acquiring income-producing real estate, expanding our farmland platform, or partnering with experienced venture managers, our objective remains the same: to identify opportunities where patient capital can create lasting value.

This quarter’s report highlights several examples of that approach in action. From launching the Rural Opportunity Zone Farmland Fund to expanding the Longview Fund II portfolio and supporting innovative healthcare companies through our venture platform, each initiative reflects our continued focus on building investment platforms designed to serve investors over the long term. Behind each of these efforts is a team committed to disciplined execution, operational excellence, and thoughtful stewardship of investor capital.

As we look toward the remainder of 2026, our priorities remain unchanged. We will continue evaluating opportunities with patience, strengthening the partnerships that support our platform, and investing with a long-term perspective that we believe positions both Sower and our investors for continued success.

Thank you for your continued trust and partnership.

All the best,

Jared Hollinger
