Driving Strategy with Financial Insight
As Director of Finance, Joe leads investment analysis and portfolio management across Sower’s multiple investment verticals. His role is central to shaping investment strategy, where he combines his background in accounting, economics, and analytics to deliver data-driven insights that enhance portfolio performance. Joe’s ability to bridge deep financial expertise with practical investment applications has been instrumental in helping Sower evaluate opportunities and optimize returns across asset classes.
A Strong Foundation in Finance and Analytics
Before joining Sower, Joe worked as an Auditor at a Big 4 accounting firm for nearly four years, where he focused on financial reporting and risk management. He studied Accounting and Economics at Nebraska Wesleyan University and later earned a Master’s in Business Analytics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Joe is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), bringing strong technical expertise to his role.
A Key Contributor to Sower’s Growth
Joe is known for his careful analysis, steady decision-making, and his ability to see both the details and the bigger picture. His work has been a big part of Sower’s continued growth, and we’re proud to have him on our team.
Outside the office, Joe is an avid hiker and national park enthusiast, always planning his next backcountry adventure.
